This beautiful winery is woman-owned and is located on the west side of Carters Mountain Ridge, only 5 miles from the Downtown Mall. Planning Your Visit
Eastwood Farm and Winery is open Wednesday through Saturday from 12 to 8 pm and Sundays from 12 to 6 pm. Enjoy your wine at The Barn & Veranda, a beautiful outdoor and indoor seating area. Outside, you’ll experience stunning views and can gather by one of their many fire pits. On a chilly day, enjoy a cup of their mulled wine or hot cider that’s available between October and March. They also offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as kid-friendly items. At The Barn & Veranda, seating is first-come, first-serve!
If you’re interested in testing out some of their wines before ordering your glass, drop in for a tasting! They offer guided tastings so that you can learn more about their wines. Keep in mind that reservations are required for their guided tastings, and they can accommodate groups of 2 to 14 people. If you don’t wish to make a reservation, you can order a tasting flight! There are three kinds of tasting flights, and each includes four different wines.
In addition to beautiful views and tasty wine and food, Eastwood Farm and Winery has numerous upcoming events! From live music to workshops, plan your trip accordingly so you can enjoy one of their many scheduled events.
On Friday, February 18th, from 5 pm to 8 pm, the Tara Mills Band will be playing in the Barn! Tara Mills describes her sound as “original blue ridge mountain folk.” Grab some wine and snacks and head into the Barn to enjoy folk music in a beautiful setting!
February 19th: Live Music by Ron Johnson
On February 19th, from 2 pm to 5 pm, stop by the tasting room to enjoy a variety of wines and live music by Ron Johnson. Eastwood Farm and Winery encourages you to bring friends, family, and even your dog. Try one of their tasting flights and grab a table to kick back, relax, and listen to some good music.
February 20th: Yoga in the Barn
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro, stop by the Barn on February 20th for Yoga in the Barn! Salute the Sun Yoga will be leading a 60-minute vinyasa flow from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. After class, enjoy 15% off at the winery! Be sure to bring a mat and a bottle of water. Start your day feeling relaxed, followed by some delicious wine!
February 23rd: Trivia Night with Sarah
If you’re in need of a mid-week pick-me-up, stop by the winery on Wednesday the 23rd for Trivia Night with Sarah! From 6 pm to 8 pm, Sarah will be hosting three rounds of trivia. With no particular theme, the questions are challenging but fun! So be sure to study up on your random factoids for a night of fun and, of course, wine!
As you can see, Eastwood Farm and Winery has a wide variety of events scheduled every week. Be sure to keep an eye on their event schedule so that you can plan your trip accordingly! Once the weather gets warm, they have even more to offer. The Terraces and the Terrace bar will open on April 1st, 2022, offering beautiful outdoor views and food trucks! Additionally, The Mountaintop is open from April to November, where guests can explore the winery trails, have a picnic, or simply enjoy a glass of wine.
