Love love love the open concept living, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet, clean, safe apartment complex with great amenities! Staff and maintenance are friendly and quick to fix any issues that arise.

After visiting some properties in Charlottesville, this one is the one we will choose. I visited this community and the apartments are very nice, clean, and a very quiet neighborhood. It is a safe place with well-kept grounds.

Arden Place is an extremely dog-friendly community. The grounds are very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The tenants are respectful of the neighbors in regards to noise. The leasing staff is always welcoming and willing to assist with any questions. Highly recommend.
