For a spicier dish, try the “polenta porridge,” which includes a poached egg with English sausage, roasted tomato, chili flakes, bacon, grilled mushroom, and parmesan cheese. You’ll find southern-style comfort food on the menu, with items such as house-made jalapeno cheddar sausage gravy as well as fried chicken and waffles. For those that prefer a lighter meal in the morning, there is also local granola and greek yogurt in addition to fresh fruit. Feel free to fill up your plate with your favorite foods or try a little bit of everything! Beer Run

For some of the best Bloody Marys in town, you’ll have to check out Beer Run. In addition to being a popular local watering hole, Beer Run offers a Sunday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. With original menu items such as Allagash fish tacos, a brunch-style pupusa, and something called the “El Guapo Breakfast Burrito,” the brunch at Beer Run isn’t the average, run-of-the-mill breakfast. Flavorful dishes and surprising combinations make this brunch menu fun and different. Plus, once you finish eating brunch, you can try one of the many craft beers or wines they have on tap.
